2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address for authentication purposes. We use magic link authentication, which means we do not store passwords.

When you use our API, we process the text content you submit for moderation analysis. By default, submitted content is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored. If you enable the logging feature in your project settings, analysis results and metadata are stored for up to 90 days to provide you with analytics and audit capabilities.

2.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information about your use of our service, including:

• API request counts and timestamps
• Response times and performance metrics
• Error rates and types
• IP addresses for rate limiting and security purposes
• Browser type and device information when accessing the dashboard

2.4 Project Information

We store information about your projects, including project names, API keys (hashed), threshold settings, and configuration preferences.

You can delete your analysis logs at any time through your dashboard. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
